Are you local to Gartur? You can now buy bread directly from the farm to collect on a Saturday during our Farm Shop opening hours - 11-4 every Saturday.
All of our bread is made with Mungoswells Organic Bread Flour - grown and milled in East Lothian. Gary the driver brings the flour straight to us on his Wednesday delivery runs. The salt we use in the bread is from the Isle of Skye sea salt company. And Mildred, our Sourdough Starter, was born and raised right here at Gartur, making our bread just about as Scottish as they come.
Orders must be in by 5pm on Friday for collection on Saturday.
