Join Kat live on Zoom for a live making session on Saturday 2nd October from 2pm.

Learn to make tricky sourdough recipes, including a high- hydration wholemeal loaf and croissants.

We will cover:

  • Making wholemeal loaves.  We will get a loaf started together and then I will take you through the various stages of fermenting wholemeal loaves for the lightest tastiest sourdough. 
  • Making croissants and laminating dough.  We will cover the lamination part of the making process. You should come to the course with your croissant dough already started. 


    You will receive and equipment list approx 2 weeks before the event.
