We are delighted to be stockists of Mungoswells Flour. Having used them for years in our farm kitchen and our sourdough breadmaking workshops, I can not tell you how much joy it brings us to help spread the Mungoswells love a bit further afield.
All of the grain used in our range of flour is milled within 5 miles of the mill in East Lothian (about an hour away from Gartur). We are so proud to support the loveliest folks at Mungoswells and their farmers.
We use white spelt in place of plain flour in much of our baking. Spelt pie crusts are the best crusts you can make and we love spelt in our loaves of sourdough.
Orders are shipped with APC Next Day Delivery. You will receive shipping confirmation when APC scans your parcel, this can be a few hours after your parcel leaves the farm.
